Here's is a short & easy way that teaches you how to use hex colors so your layout will shine with various colors. This will appear very useful for those of you who do not own Photoshop <start of instructions> oo1. First, you must choose what colors you want for your fonts, scrollbars, borders, etc. If you're using a wallpaper/png, pick the color that shows up on the image. Not a color that shows too much because it will look bad, but a color that slightly does show up. example: I would use the colors light blue and light pink for this wallpaper >> WALLPAPER oo2. Second, get a hex code graph. A good example of that is this >> EXAMPLE (credits to: koyukixoffice) oo3. Pick a box from the graph that matches the color of your choices. For example, light pink on the example graph would probably be #FF99CC. oo4. Put the hex code in all the spots that says HEX COLOR HERE or COLOR HERE etc. ** That's it!
